COVID-19 and Casas Church

3/19/2020

The situation with COVID-19 is unprecedented and we are exploring new and exciting ways to do church. We are focusing on ways to connect, and ask you to join us as we pray, sustain, and engage. We are planning to have a weekly online service and want to continue connecting and engaging with you throughout the week. Next week we will be sharing more about the various groups and classes we will be offering, based largely on input many of you have provided on social media and via email-- we want to meet you where you are in all of this and move forward together!

Right now you can join us on Facebook and Instagram!

What can you do?

  • Use reliable information sources such as our local and state health departments, CDC.gov, and WHO.int
  • Try to avoid information overload and maintain a sense of routine and connection to the loved ones in your life.
  • Join us in praying for those impacted by the virus, as well as their families and loved ones.
  • Join us on Facebook at 10:45 on Sunday to watch the service.

According to the Pima County Health Department, the best protections against COVID-19 are to: wash your hands frequently, avoid people who are currently sick, and stay home when sick. If you or someone you know tests positive for COVID-19, please let us know so we can find a way to help, pray for everyone involved and take any necessary precautions here at Casas.
